The tenant receives one key that matches the apartment, the mailbox and the waste room.

We also have parking spaces and storage rooms for rent.

Monthly fees:

- rent,

- utilities according to consumption (heating, water, waste, electricity), payable monthly according to meter readings,

- deposit payable upon signing the contract.

We do not use the services of intermediaries, no commission will be charged.

There is a monitoring system in the building, which will provide the Lessor with a sense of security.
