New apartment with air conditioning, no intermediaries

I am renting a 4-room apartment with air conditioning on the top floor in a building in the center of Łódź at Pomorska Street , located close to Rondo Solidarności.

The apartment is finished and ready to move in immediately. The layout of the apartment is shown in the top view.

A modern apartment, equipped with new household appliances, such as: washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, hood and vacuum cleaner, as well as new air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The premises are connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi, for which the tenant does not bear any costs.

The tenant receives one key that fits the apartment, mailbox and one key for the entrance door and waste room.

We also have parking spaces in the underground garage and storage rooms for rent.

Monthly fees:

- rent - PLN 6,769

- service fee - PLN 731

- utilities according to consumption (heating, water, waste, electricity), paid monthly according to meter readings,

We do not use the services of intermediaries, no commission will be charged.

There is monitoring in the building, which will provide the Landlords with a sense of security.
